Supply and Fabrication Contract of 21 Jacket foundations signed for Hai Long 2a

Offshore Wind Project (300MW) with Hai Long No. 2 Wind Power Co., Ltd. and Hai 

Long No. 3 Wind Power Co., Ltd.

The cash capital increased of 200 million New Taiwan Dollars, bringing the paid-in

capital to 1.9 billion New Taiwan Dollars.

Exclusivity and Capacity Agreement with CDWE for supplying 21 Jacket foundations for

the Hai Long 2a Wind Farm.

Supply and Fabrication Contract signed with Foxwell Power for 31 Jacket foundations 

and 124 Pin Piles for the Taipower Phase II Offshore Wind Farm Project (TPC II).

Completed the cash capital increase of 120 million New Taiwan Dollars, bringing the  

paid-in capital to 1 billion New Taiwan Dollars.

The Kickoff of Pin Pile fabrication for Changfang and Xidao Offshore Wind Farms  

Project (CFXD).

Contract signed with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) for Pin Piles of  

Changfang and Xidao Offshore Wind Farms Project (CFXD).

Preferred Supplier Agreement signed with CDWE for the Hai Long 2a Offshore Wind

Farm and held a kickoff ceremony for the Pin Pile first Assembly at the Taipei Port's 

South Terminal, witnessed by former President Tsai Ing-Wen.

Fabrication contract signed with Orsted Taiwan to supply 81 Pin Piles for Greater  

Changhua Offshore Wind Farm 01 and 02a.

Completed the cash capital increase of 430 million New Taiwan Dollars, bringing the

Industrial Relevance Contract signed for Offshore foundations with wpd Taiwan Energy Co., Ltd.

Completed the cash capital increase of 350 million New Taiwan Dollars, bringing the  

paid-in capital to 450 million New Taiwan Dollars.

The leasing contract for the hinterland S7-2-1 and S7-3-1 in Taipei Port signed with the

Keelung Branch of Taiwan International Ports Corporation(TIPC).

Century Iron and Steel (CIS) successfully completed a first fully localised offshore Met  

Mast in Taiwan, including tower and foundation structures.

Century Iron and Steel (CIS) was awarded for its first offshore wind power project - the

Fuhai Demonstration Project, to supply an offshore Met Mast.
